At Byers Boutique we are proud of our product line and feel confident that once you try our products you will love them too!

We also understand that sometimes a product just isn't for you. Not to worry! In the event this happens please contact us right away. 

* products nearing their expiry date will not be returned. A discount will be offered to re-order.

Purchases:
Items can be retuned within 30 days accompanied by your original receipt. Without a receipt we will offer an exchange of the same value.
 
Online- can be returned within 30 days from the time the order was shipped.

Shipping/ delivery charges are not included in the refund total. Any additional shipping to or from will be at the customers cost. 

When a refund is requested we ask that you provide feedback on the product or service so that we can continue to provide the best products for you and your family.
